Our core team consists of six employees plus a number of specialized freelancers. We come from multiple disciplines and bring our unique perspectives to the development of our products.

Lucie Hartmann

Lucie is the founder and engineer of MNT Research. Their area of expertise includes:

• Design and development of electronics
• Programming
• Management of the company

Greta Melnik

Greta has been with MNT since the beginning and leads our Quality and Sustainability department. She is also responsible for:

• Product and Textile Design
• Assembly of MNT's electronic devices
• Logistics

Plom has been collaborating with MNT Research for a long time. Their tasks include:

• Software development
• Preparatory accounting
• Customer support

Anri Paul Hennies

Anri started working at MNT Research at the beginning of 2022 and is Head of Text. He's responsible for:

• Copywriting
• UI/UX design
• Shop management

Liaizon Wakest

Liaizon is part of the MNT Research team since April 2024. Their work includes:

• Assembly of MNT's electronic devices
• Testing and flashing
• Repair

Brendan Nystedt

Brendan is a regular contributor to MNT and helps us with:

• International PR
• Communication
• Writing

Ana Dantas

Ana is also a long-term contributor to MNT. She is the lead industrial designer for:

• Classic Reform laptop
• Pocket Reform
• Reform Keyboard
• Reform Next

Daniel Byron

Daniel has joined MNT in 2025 as a freelance software engineer. He helps us by:

• Coding new tools that improve our internal infrastructure
• Working on low-level/embedded software for the MNT Reform series
